Yes. After inspecting the fault we hand you a written fixed quote. The number you approve is the number you pay, even if the job takes longer than we planned.
Our base is in Kepong, so most of Kuala Lumpur is within a 30 to 40 minute drive. We regularly work in Desa ParkCity, Segambut, Mont Kiara, Sentul, Batu Caves, Selayang, Sungai Buloh, Damansara and Petaling Jaya.
All electrical work is carried out or supervised by Suruhanjaya Tenaga registered wiremen, and our plumbers hold BPKP certification. Copies of licences are available on request.
Yes, that is the whole point of Brewdesk. A water heater job, for example, usually needs both trades, and we bring them in a single van so you book once and pay one invoice.
Every repair carries a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same fault returns within that window, we come back and put it right at no charge.
We run full crews Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 7pm. For genuine emergencies such as a burst pipe or a tripping board that will not reset, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to send someone, including Sundays.
