Return & Refund Policy

Because we mostly sell labour attached to parts, "returns" work a little differently than in a shop. This page sets out exactly what is refundable at Brewdesk Trade Services Sdn Bhd, and how to ask.

1. Unused parts and materials

Parts we supplied but did not install, for example where you changed your mind about a fixture before fitting, may be returned within 14 days in unopened, resaleable condition for a full refund of the part price. Special-order items (non-stock heater models, specific designer fittings) are refundable minus any restocking fee our supplier charges us, which we will show you.

2. Cancelled bookings and deposits

A booking cancelled with more than 4 hours' notice costs nothing. Deposits paid on larger projects are refundable in full before materials are purchased; after purchase, we refund the deposit minus the cost of any special-order materials already committed, and those materials become yours.

3. Work you are not satisfied with

If a repair fails within the 90-day workmanship warranty, the remedy is rework at no charge, which we will schedule as a priority. If rework fails a second time, we refund the labour portion of that job in full. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days.

4. Installed parts that fail

Parts we supplied that fail within their manufacturer warranty period are replaced under that warranty; we handle the claim and do not charge labour for the swap during the first 90 days. Beyond 90 days, only the manufacturer's terms apply to the part, and standard labour rates apply to the visit.

5. Billing disputes

If you believe an invoice does not match the approved quotation, tell us within 7 days of the invoice date. We will walk through the itemisation line by line against the written quote, and any amount billed beyond the approved scope is corrected immediately and refunded within 10 working days if already paid.
