Panel counts and profiles
Two, four and six-panel layouts are standard, in raised, flat or bevelled profile. Panels float in a grooved frame so they can move seasonally without splitting the stiles, and we cut the groove deeper than most because Penang humidity swings hard between the monsoons.
Joinery
Mortice and tenon throughout, glued with a D4-rated adhesive and drawn with hardwood pins on the entrance sizes. No dowel construction on solid leaves.

Bedroom and internal doors across the board, plus front doors on terrace and semi-detached houses when paired with a matching frame and a decent overhang.
