Sections and profiles
Rebated single-rebate frames for standard leaves, double-rebate for pairs, and deeper sections where the frame has to bridge a plastered brick wall. Architraves are cut to match and mitred at the mill so the site joint is a nail, not a saw cut.
Ground contact and termites
Frames destined for ground floor openings are pressure-treated before machining and get a hardwood or stone plinth block at the foot, keeping raw end grain away from a wet screed. Termite risk in Penang is real and the detail matters more than the chemical.
Export sets
We ship complete frame sets, knocked down and bundled with their fixings and a fitting sheet, to distributors across the region. Every bundle is stencil-free, wrapped and cornered so it lands in the same shape it left.
