A selection from the last two years. Client names are shortened where we were asked to keep them private, but every job below is real and every door on it came off our benches.

Case note
Forty-two doors, one crate run, zero site chaos
The Langkawi resort job is the one we point at when a contractor asks whether we can handle volume. Twenty-eight guest rooms, back-of-house openings, two restaurant entrances and a set of glazed doors onto the pool deck - forty-two leaves and forty-two frames, all specified across four weeks of drawings.
What made it work was not capacity, it was numbering. Every leaf and every frame carried a room number matching the architect's drawing before it left Bukit Minyak, and the crates were loaded in installation order. The site crew opened crate one on the ground floor and worked upward without a single leaf being carried twice.
The whole package left the mill in nine weeks from drawing approval and was hung in eleven days.

Feedback we did not have to chase
The pivot leaf is 1.4 metres wide and it still closes with one hand. Two monsoons in and it has not moved a millimetre.
We sent a drawing on a Tuesday and had a costed shop drawing back by Friday. That never happens with joinery.
Forty-two doors for a boutique resort, all delivered in one crate run, all numbered by room. The install crew barely needed us.
They talked me out of the more expensive timber because the opening is covered. I did not expect that.

What we need from a specifier

- Oiled, sealed, painted by others, or supplied raw

- Required on site date, so we can tell you honestly whether it is possible

Tell us what the opening looks like
Send a photograph, a sketch on the back of an envelope or a full architectural set. You will get a costed shop drawing back, not a brochure.
