Instant heaters suit most Malaysian bathrooms: compact, efficient, hot water in seconds. Storage units make sense for rain showers, bathtubs and homes with weak incoming pressure. We will measure your actual water pressure and look at your DB board capacity before recommending anything, because the right unit on paper can be the wrong unit for your plumbing.

The electrical half most installers skip

A heater above 3.6kW needs its own dedicated circuit, correctly sized cable, and a working ELCB or RCCB. A large share of the "heater tripping" calls we receive turn out to be units daisy-chained onto a shared lighting or power circuit by whoever installed them. Our Suruhanjaya Tenaga registered wireman runs the dedicated line, tests the earth leakage protection with a proper tester, and shows you the trip test working before we leave.

Replacements and servicing

If your existing unit heats weakly, trips occasionally or is simply past ten years old, we will tell you honestly whether a service or a replacement makes more sense. Storage units get sediment flushes and anode checks; instant units get filter cleaning and valve checks. We remove and dispose of old units as part of the quoted price.

Installation labour for a like-for-like instant heater swap starts around RM180. A new installation with a dedicated circuit typically runs RM450 to RM750 depending on cable distance to the DB board. Unit prices depend on brand and model; we quote the full package in writing, unit included, so there is one number and one warranty conversation.
