Why we do not lead with chemicals
Supermarket drain chemicals dissolve the soft edge of a blockage and leave the core in place, which is why the sink slows down again in a fortnight. Worse, caustic products sitting in a fully blocked pipe make the job dangerous for whoever opens it next. We clear blockages mechanically: hand and motorised augers for traps and bends, and water jetting for grease and long horizontal runs.
Finding the cause, not just the symptom
Kitchen lines block with grease and rice starch, bathroom lines with hair and soap, toilets with the things nobody admits to flushing. External drains around KL homes usually block after renovation debris or garden soil washes in during monsoon rain. Once the line is flowing we tell you which of these it was, because the fix for each is different, and sometimes the honest answer is a habit change rather than another paid visit.
When the pipe itself is the problem
Some houses block repeatedly in the same spot because a pipe has sagged, cracked or was laid with almost no fall. If we clear the same line twice, we will say so and quote separately for correcting the pipework rather than selling you endless clearing visits. That quote is yours to act on whenever you are ready, with no pressure.
Typical jobs in this category
- Kitchen sinks and double bowls draining slowly or backing up
- Toilets that block repeatedly or need multiple flushes
- Bathroom floor traps that smell or overflow during showers
- External perimeter drains and gully traps
- Washing machine standpipe overflows
- Grease-clogged cafe and shoplot kitchen lines
What it costs
Straightforward internal blockages are typically RM150 to RM320 depending on access and equipment needed. Stubborn external lines that need jetting are quoted on site. Either way you approve a written figure before we start, and the price does not move afterwards.

Most blockages cleared in one visit, with the cause explained in plain language.
